Topic: Rough prints with solidoodle 4

Hi been getting some rough prints from my solidoodle 4 esp when using supports.  Also the top of the prints are rough and bubbling and circle motion in them.  Using abs bed temp is 105 and the extruded temp is  215.   The first picture is what top looks like and second picture is from the supports.

Re: Rough prints with solidoodle 4

it is all about calibration, calibration, and more calibration. Solidoodles tend to over-extrude in stock form and need the E-steps properly calibrated.

your latest print looks pretty good, but there is always room for improvement. smile
