Topic: "metro card"
I watched the video on leveling the bed. Says to use a "metro card" . Since I don't live in NY what else is compatible? I mean what thickness should it be.? Wouldn't a feeler gauge be more accurate?

I guess a person can google anything.
answer is .010 inches
It's just a piece of slightly thicker paper. It's not particularly important how you level it. A feeler gauge would not really be more accurate because there's still the subjective quality of how tightly you apply it to the piece of paper/metrocard/feeler gauge. The platform will slightly flex down (but that suggests you're too tight.) The main purpose of the paper/metrocard is also to see that the platform is level, not necessarily at what level it is.
