Topic: updating firmware questions

Hello,

I am trying to update my firmware.  I recently bought this printer a few months ago and its having issues.  I thought maybe flashing the firmware might resolve some of the issues. 

I am having trouble understanding the directions found here.

I have downloaded arduino 0022 and also the latest version of arduino but the directions say

"Extract the files from the zipped folder, and open Arduino.exe
Go to Tools, Boards, and select either "[USBtinyISP]Teensylu/Printrboard" or "[BootloaderCDC]Teensylu/Printrboard]"

When I go to tools and then boards I do not see any options for USBTINYISP Teensylu/Printrboard. 

The only thing I see is under burn bootloader  which shows USBTINYISP  when I click that it says there are no usb devices. 

Please someone help I do not want to mess this up. 

They have seemingly made this extremely hard to update.

what board do I need to use in the arduino program?  I only see ATMEL 1418 or maybe 141B written on the chip.  The board says Solidoodle 2014 SD5 Rev CA on it but there are no other identifiers I can make out.

I've got teensy boards now inside of Arduino but I am still missing TeensyLU instead I see teensy 3.1/3.2 
Teensy 3.0
Teensy LC
Teensy 2.0
Teensy ++2.0

How can I get TeensyLU?

Anyone have a link to the lib I need?

im currently using arduino 1.6.5   where those options show.  I am completely lost.  This should be such a simple thing.  It was with my other printer this printer is just ass backwards. 

My other printer I click update firmware boom done. 

Can someone guide me through this process please. 

HELP I AM COMPLETELY LOST!
