Topic: Lcd flat ribbon cable replacement help

Hey everyone, just found this forum and seems to be alot of knowledge here.
So I have what I hope is a simple question. After contacting XYZ several times about this and being ignored for a month now, I have cone to realize that the customer service is a joke.
That being said, Would anybody here happen to know of where I can buy this cable?  The one going from the back of the printer and up to the LCD screen.  Thank you all in advance for any help. Its very appreciated.

It is not your standard IDC ribbon like most printers use. It has bare ends that go into press fit sockets on each board. The issue is also length as it needs to be atleast 6 feet long.

To be honest I am not sure what the industry name is for this type of ribbon cable. I know several have been parting out their machines here so some may still have one.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!

Ok, thank you for your help. I'll have to give that a try.
I'm gonna try to call XYZ again today, and raise hell until I get an answer from them.
