Topic: Infinite restarting of makerbot

Hi, my Makerbot 5 doesn't work, but makes infinite restarting.

What's the problem?

If the only thing it is doing is just that screen only it could be a million things. If it is under warranty send it in. Otherwise start with basic power checks. Make sure the controller is getting all its power. Check for loose wites. Did it ever work? If so what happened when it stopped?
