Topic: thoughts on MK3 ALU heatbed?

Seems like a normal PCB hetbed glued to an aluminum sheet. Is it any way better than MK2 and reason to upgrade?

Suggest to print directly on the aluminum top part with no glass and that being the main advantage of it.
