Topic: Mini shredder for plastic bags and rope

Any suggestion for a mini shredder for experimenting with recycling options -- with rope na plastic bags found in ocean debris...

I shreaded plastic bags. Boy was it an electrostatic nightmare. The stuff just clings to everything.
I did not try to extrude the stuff. It feels like a gravity hopper will not work. Some sort of screw feed to feed the extruder perhaps.

The shreader was a counter rotating tooth from a guy in Germany somewhere. Not cheap, around 600nz dollars for a mini machine, but brilliant, a machine that is unique, ie other shreaders such a chippers are not the same thing. This is a mini shreader of the monster shreaders that you see on utube.  It was great for many things.
