Topic: Hotend replacement for folgertech kossel?

I have spent at least 10 hours trying to unclog/repair my hotend. Long story. Anyway, I want to get a new hotend of higher quality because there is a good chance that this one will never be fixed.

I think it is a J type attachment? and I'd need something with threads for the little tube connectors. Or perhaps a hotend that has the extruder built in for better efficiency. I also want something that can handle flexible PLA/ninja flex, which means it needs to have no room to buckle anywhere down the line. The current hotend I have, on the upper heat dissipation part, the hole is much larger than 1.75mm and allows the flexible filament to buckle and build up.

Thanks smile

I used the B3 PICO for mine. You can buy them direct from B3 or you can walk in and buy them at Micro center. It's the second best hot end on the market next to an E3D v6 which is also a drop in unit.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!
Anycubic 4MAX best $225 ever invested.
Voxelabs Proxima SLA. 6 inch 2k Mono LCD.
