I have printed a few of those, but I have only tried it with no cooling fan.  I get way too much curling, so the sidewall quality of the gears is terrible.  Anyone gotten this to print well without a fan?  As in, no curling?

emmetts gear bearing has been on my list of things to print.  Nice to see it worked off an SD.
