Buy a SOIC test clip and a BusPirate (or similar) and you can read/write/empty both the eeprom and the Atmel/NXP chips without any (advanced) soldering.

DaVinci Mini and DaVinci jr uses the same firmware? If not, which version of FW is needed for DaVinci Mini and reset filament hack?

That depends on the printer and firmware - and is the answer to which I gave earlier.
You can get the password from Nielzon's web page, and "refill" the card.  But the printer may not accept the card.

So, now I'm little confused smile I have daVinci Mini W printer. I thought, I can use RFID NFC Tool for getting UID from first two pages. Then generate key and pack code (via https://nfckey.xyz/) and then simply modify page 10,11,20,21,22,23 on NFC tag and is it done smile
So am I wrong?

A company approached me and suggested that they could start selling pre-filled NTAG213 stickers, with correct key and pack, and filled with 300m.
As an end user, the usage would be dead simple: just stick the tag to your printer and go. When it's empty, take a new sticker.
I'm not sure about the pricing, but I assume they would be cheap.
Would you be interested in that?

I would think this would get the attention of xyz more than anything else.  I think it would be too risky.   Just my 2 cents worth.

It is not possible to put a new UIN in an NXP NTAG213-sticker.

I cannot speak for the Mini, but as far as the JR goes version 2.2.7 and up will not allow "REFILLED" tags to be used.
