			<description><![CDATA[<p>This is a silly one but make sure your extruder carriage hits both idler blocks in the front at once. If it&#039;s not your carriage is crooked and tnis can happen because the rods &quot;bow in&quot; when you insert them. For my newest iteration of carriages I drilled the holes out so I didn&#039;t have to hammer in the rods with a mallet. They aligned much better and the set screws hold them in place just fine. </p><p>I&#039;ve also found it helps to over extrude your carriages a good bit for a tight fit. Given a good drive system though this isn&#039;t necessary <img src="https://www.soliforum.com/img/smilies/tongue.png" width="15" height="15" alt="tongue" /></p>]]></description>
