I opened Repetier and i was able to move the bed up with it. Soliprint was at fault here. What would help is adding an endstop button to the bottom of the z axis too... Probably too much to ask for. And yes, i clicked a few times and no response was given. Sorry for the multiple posts.

This is Prolly due to the z-axis floating. You might have gone too far for the thread as I believe I read one user has his bed fall off/had terrible jumping on the z-axis and found the z-axis free floating. So just try lifting it and spinning out by hand. It should catch and then be able to be driven up the rest of the way

Best of luck

~truford

Sounds like an end stop issue to me.

Also try and avoid the multiple listings of posts. I don't know if you clicked too many times but this showed up 5 times as the same topic.
If it wasn't anything on your end that caused this let me know.

I was lowering the Z axis so i could get at the printer head, but i lowered it too much and of course there is no Z axis switch to tell it to stop. When i go to printer config and try to change the Z axis with the controls, it wont move, it will only try to go down if i tell it to. The only time i can get it to move up is in the Z calibration, but even then, it continues to grind.
