You will see a list of devices, it will most likely be the one with a question mark. I believe mine was call USB Serial Device. You can click on it and update driver or uninstall.  If you uninstall you may need to power on and off the printer to start the reinstall process.

Try plugging it in a different USB port.

I looked here at the forum and found a solution and proceeded with it.
The problem now is that my computer won't search for the drive again.
What can I do to get my computer to try and install it again?
