In the settings menu you can alter the settings for each individual stl file. Everything can be adjusted like individual infill, speed, and extruder used.

I have only done basic two color printing. Im sure there are other ways to do multicolor printing.

Then you set up the nozzle settings and offsets in your software. I'm still learning how to do it myself.
