The rod is SAE and it ensures the z stepper is doing integral steps for each layer. The rounding error is immediately visible in prints, especially for taller objects. See for yourself using this tool. The rod is 5/16-18

The rod is SAE and it ensures the z stepper is doing integral steps for each layer. The rounding error is immediately visible in prints, especially for taller objects. See for yourself using this tool. The rod is 5/16-18

you think thats the issue over some sort of setting failure? 5/16 well nut?

is it from over extrusion or is it some sort of wobble?
I'm printing at .2 mm. Is it something to do with infill and layer height? my fill density is .3. infill every 1 layer. .2 mm layer hieght

The second picture is at .2 after the layer height adjustments. I still need the well nut of course. I also think I need to change it to where it only in fills ever 3 layers or so
