I found what was wrong. One of the cables of the thermostat had slipped out of the soldering that holds it in place, making it just sitting in the black tube making it hard to see. This is was probably the fault, and it might have been a bad job in the first place because i have got that error coming and going since first day after receiving my printer, It just wasn't until now that it lost contact completely. http://imgur.com/cm1x7At
I held the cable against where it where supposed to be and i got signal from my thermostat, and i was now able to move the printhead around manually...
Thanks for your help.

I have used my Solidoodle Workbench Apprentice for almost a month now, and I am happy with the results i have managed to pull out of it. But one of my extrudes did clogg after about 2 weeks, but I just kept printing with my other extruder. However, yesterday I decided to try to unclog it. I disassembled it and cleaned out the hotend, as shown in Youtube videos and later reassemble it. Screwing it all back together was no problem and everything seemed to come back together undamaged. It was first now the problems started. When i plugged my printer back into the PC/mac it said that extruder 2 was 0.00 degrees. So my first thought was that the thermostat was broken. But when i tried to move the printhead manually in repetier it just gave me a Error message saying something was wrong and i should type M999 when it was fixed. So i checked all my connections, and tried again. Still the same error...

When I try to heat up the other extruder or the bed, nothing happens. The graph that usually shows the heater power does not change at all, so I cant do anything except homing my x,y and Z axis. I don't get any error code when trying to heat it up, just when i try to move it. Isn't it weird if the entire printer wont work just because of a broken thermostat. Does someone have any idea what could be the problem?

TLDR: Cleaned my extruder, wont heat up extruder 1, 2 or the bed afterwards and always get an error message when trying to move things manually.
