I can get Cura to work and it will  print fine But i am wanting to use slic3r so i can set what extrude to print so i can do difference colors ever time i try to print the print head will not go donw close enough to stick to the glass i have change the z setting and i still have not be able to get a good print unless i manually adjust the screws on each print am i missing something in my gcode ?

So you have auto leveling which means something in that code needs to be changed. 
If it were me I would find the quickest way to eliminate the auto level feature.  Manually leveling your bed is quick and simple.  This would allow for an easily adjustable z height screw.  Then with the simple twist of a bolt you could change the first layer to exactly where it needs to be.
Your prints will start faster as the auto level process at the beginning of each print will be eliminated. 
It is my honest opinion that auto level simply introduces too many variables to a fairly simple process.
My vote would be to ditch the auto level feature.  Although a nice selling point and a neat feature in theory, even the early developers of auto level quickly realized it was a fun project but not a very practical or needed feature.
