			<description><![CDATA[<p>So I am the last davinci owner on the planet I think that has not modded, changed or hacked my davinci.&nbsp; I use 1.2.5 firmware, and xyzware and on top of that I only bought xyz filament.&nbsp; My latest purchase is a spool of white from Studica.com.&nbsp; So I go to print and I get an error on my pc telling me that I don&#039;t have a real cart and I need to go buy a real xyz cart.</p><p>Of course, the print is blocked and I cannot print anything.&nbsp; The only reason I finally was able to print is because I disconnected my pc from the internet and prevented xyzware from performing its check.&nbsp; I am seriously considering legal action due to xyz remotely preventing me from using my printer.</p><p>In the mean time I decidced to dump the xyzware and bought Simply3d.&nbsp; Not only can I now print using whatever I want and when I want, but my prints actually come out better!&nbsp; Mind you, I did not change the firmware on the printer, just the software on my pc.</p><p>Now I did contact customer support, and it is very apparent they have no idea what the issue is, that its happeneing, or how to manage their own systems.</p><br /><br /><p>sfraden</p><p>Ok, now I&#039;m really really pissed off at your company.&nbsp; I have done EVERYTHING right, updated my firmware on time, update my software and never modified the printer.&nbsp; I only use and buy YOUR ABS filamants.&nbsp; Now after this lartest updates, your *<br /><em>((SFRADEN) - Apparently their system trundicated the first message)</em></p><p>IMG_20150124_120606_987[1].jpg</p> <br /><p>2015/01/24 17:19</p> <br /><br /><br /><br /><p>Customer Service Staff</p><p>Dear Mr. Customer,</p><p>Please send us a screenshot copy of your purchase invoice and advise us your total printing hours.</p><p>Regarding your issue,</p><p>Please put the cartridge locker in place. </p><p>Kindly send us a photo of the LCD showing the cartridge error. </p><p>Kindly send us also a photo of the filament info. and advise us how many grams it is.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Please kindly drop also the filament cartridge gently where it is 3cm above the detective pin. </p><p>Thank you.</p><p>Best Regards,<br />Customer Care (April)<br />XYZprinting Inc.</p><br /><br /> <br /><p>2015/01/24 18:01</p> <br /><br /><br /><br /><p>sfraden</p><p>I no longer have my purchase invoice.
