My brain didnt even catch that when I hit x or y axis 50mm it went 100, I was watching and knew something was wrong but couldnt tell what until I took my head out of my arse and thought for a second...smh. Z-axis down 10 went about 22...fixed all those and extruder steps and fixed 9/10 of my problems. Im such an ass

I'm looking at this piece, and becuase I know what it's supposed to look like, I can tell you it's really messed up. There seem to be steps in the side wall that shouldn't be there (Skips in the first image), there's holes in the motor mount that shouldn't be there, it just looks wrong.

I wonder if this is some kind of slicing error, or whether the printer is skipping or jumping around and not following the paths. Here are some pics of the model from the same angles as the photos posted by the OP.

You should also try to add support for the arches and the vertical holes

BTW, the vertical part of the motor mount is 2mm thick and with a bit of support should print clean even without cooling.

Guys, have a closer look at the top solid infills. There's so many holes it seems there's no top solid infill at all, just honeycomb. This hints me there's still underextrusion.
Not saying there's no melting going on, but if there is, that's not the only issue.
