Quick question. So I have until 1/31/15 to return the printer per Amazon. I am having just enough issues that I think I want to swap it out for a (hopefully) better working unit. The packaging had two heavy duty plastic straps that needed to be cut in order to open the box. My question is how will I send this one back as I don't have access to the plastic straps. How have others packed it to send it back?

Thanks in advance for any advice.
