Rather than brick the printer, I now have a dual boot Mac and am able to connect to the printer through boot camp. The support for Mac just isn't there. Just look at Repetier. They haven't updated the host in a long time. The program still works and that is what I use to print, but it just makes it harder when there's a problem.
