Which is a good point for everyone.  I do 100 for ABS and 50 for PLA but my setting doen't always work for my son who has the exact same printer.

I also use UHU stic which is a glue stick that users on other forums touted and has worked extremely well for me. You should also level the z when the bed is up to temp because the offset will change slightly.
