You can buy the mk5 from Filastruder.  I'd print one for you, but I don't currently have any ABS, and you probably wouldn't want it printed from PLA.

If not, she's clogged. If so you have an issue at the extruder. If you don't have enough tension, for example, it doesn't have enough force to push it through the peek barrel and the extruder will just sit there happily chewing the filament away.

IT just stops pushing it through.  There is no significant loss in temperature it jsut stops getting pushed through.

Now it starts to print but about 5 seconds in the filament is jsut grinding away in the extruder and no more is coming out. 

Any ideas?
