Still, who knows. I have done so much to this machine, Changed the extruder replaced the power supply, replaced the heat bed, and now the case and fan to vent fumes. The only thing that is outstanding now is the bed level, I think the bed carriage is warped. sad

Just wanted to share this modification I made to my SD3.

It was a fun project, and answers a number of issues I was having (smelly ABS fumes, warped printing due to thermal temp).

Now if I can replace the print bed, I think this machine will be the workhorse I hoped for smile
