I contacted XYZ support and they were very very responsive. they had me download the 1.1.34.8 software but every time I try and upgrade the firmware, I get an error that says the service is unavailable??? It says I have firmware 1.0.3</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I believe that error 011 means that the electrical connection to the extruder heater is broken. </p><p>It is the small black connector on top of the extruder head with two white wires. Impossible to unload : the extruder stays at 10 degrees, and after I have an error code (issue 011).<br />But the extruder is heating well in all other modes and prints well ! <br />My DaVinci is a new machine, bought last month. <br />I tried to contact the support team, I&#039;m waiting for theiranswer.<br />Maybe you could help me ? <br />Thanks</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I also saw that and believe that it caused my nasty jam. I now always start with Load, then, Unload. XYZ says that it cools to 150°C during an Unload cycle, but, I think it just assumes that it was 210.</p>]]></description>

It is also possible that the button used for that function may not work either. I no longer urn stock, so I don&#039;t remember which button is used to tell it to unload and if you use that button at any other time on stock.</p>]]></description>
