Quick note: I originally printed the case flat side down and had some funky results. See photo. When I imported the stl files the case was shown with flat side up. Didn't think it would word that way so I flipped it. Results were bad like i said. So I then printed it as it came into tinkercad, flat side up w/ supports. Might try to rotate it on its side? Any thoughts?

photo on left was printed as shown, pic on right was flipped 180 and printed with supports

When I measure all the parts I'm dead on with what tinkerCAD says regarding dimension. Some where along the line I'm about 2mm to high on the assembled model. See Image. The only thing I can think is that the inside depth is to high. I don't have a measurement on that. I printed the case with flat side up and used supports. I think that the support on the inside my have raised the gear bed up. Tried to remove as much of the support that I could. I didn't think it would print well without support. What is the best way to print the main case?

Since that would create a ramp it should build better than trying to print with the flat side down. As for that weird double thing, not sure. It looks to me sort of like a layer shift but then the inside bore should show it as well and it does not.
