You need to run your file through a repair service like Netfabb cloud services. It is a free service just requires a Microsoft account. If the model is not water tight or has other hidden errors issues it will make the printer freak out.

Also there is an entire section here devoted to XYZ machines and the Da Vinci's You would be better off posting there for help wit this machine rather than general help.
