This is correct. Obojo you should look where the shaft meets the housing to find the bearing and bearing holder. Find the two screws that hold this bearing holder to the housing and loosen them. I was able to do this and my next printed evened out! Thanks guys! It was good to try this on my printer too since one of the belts was a little loose.

I can see that I need to move the belt ~4-6 steps to make them even, but it's not obvious to me how to actually do that without taking apart the assembly. The tension is too tight to allow me to simply pull the belt over the steps in the sprocket.

There's an E-ring holding the white plastic parts close together, but it seems that if I remove that it may not give me enough room to pull out the belt and then the E-ring may deform while I pry it out. However is removing the E-ring and pulling apart the white plastic part the only way to go?

For the second video look at around 6:45.  I would not take out the screws.  It is not necessary to adjust the tension or belts.  I just did this on my printer and it worked well.  My circles are now nice circles, instead of slightly off circles.
