So the obvious variable is the files you make have some sort of attribute that you are adding to them that is causing them to start too low versus the files you download. There is no setting causing this, otherwise the downloaded files would do the same.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Try the website called tinkercad. I use it to make my custom parts. It is free but will require Chrome browser to work right. I download and print my model straight from the site and have never had to run it through a fixing process.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>there must be something wrong with something ...always jams, but loads fine. <br />I so hear a clicking from the heads sometimes when it happens, sometimes not<br />The only thing Ive managed to print is 3/4 of a tiny skull (first thing ever tried) and a complete owl...both with head 1<br />I have links to the images of the plate after some jams...but not allowed to post links...if youre interested send me a message</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>well...<br />all connections seem tight, filament does not seem to get stuck on anything.<br />Instead of clearing the jam, I just re loaded both carts....both spit out nice thin steady streams of ABS<br />loaded a skull from the cloud, scaled t down to about 30mm<br />set print as SLOW / GOOD<br />its working fine and is half way through the job.</p><p>Maybe set the larger object to slow tomorrow and see what happens.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>You might want to check all the wires, harnesses on the extruder/head and make sure they are all plugged in firmly.. Sounds like an electrical problem versus an actual jam. Normally you will hear a true jam as clicking before it throws up an error.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I just get a message on the display saying, extruder jam..OK to cancel...didn&#039;t notice any noise.<br />This printer doesn&#039;t start till the heads are over 220c<br />I really don&#039;t want to take the heads apart to see if the throat needs to be tightened ( as another post suggested)</p>]]></description>

If that is the case, your temps may be too low. You may need to modify the gcode, then convert it and import it and try with higher temps on the extruder. Usually 200 to 210 is best.</p>]]></description>
