I am week old noob here running the latest stock firmware/software from xyz.

What i have learned in the last few days of owning the 1.0 when it starts loading and suddenly stops.

1. Make sure when 1st import save and cancel, look and see the xyz software built the print job correctly and inspect the model in the 3d view. Make sure it touches the bed and no missing complete lines in the piece by rotating and zooming in.
2. Run it through the model repair from MS.
3. Try not moving the piece after import.
4. Leave the default print settings( This took me awhile to figure out on one small piece)
5. load the piece into another software like slic3r and do the inspection with its zoom(not a knock, but the detail and control of keeping it centered while zooming is helpful) It could possibly show you the model is broken by a very small section completely missing.

my .02

So far, I love this machine

There must have been errors in the one that didn't work. Thanks.
