As long as they fit my existing gearing (which is plastic), it can be 'good enough' smile I know I'm not going to get injected mod finish, just hope the teeth are nicely spaced and within spec.

The STL attached is to scale, I've downloaded the model into XYZWare and it looks okay rendered, but just wondered if I was asking too much. (as some stuff I've seen printed by the DaVinci looks awful, yet some stuff looks lovely!

How precise are you looking for? People have long used FFF printers with less resolution than the DaV to print extruder gears.
