That ridge means the jig slipped, and that one should have been scrapped but apparently made it through.

I can send another one if needed, but sandpaper or a dremel would be a faster fix.

The hole of the wood support is shown in the attached pics. Should it have that ridge on the inside of both sides, part of the design?  That is what the collar screw catches on, should I sand those away?
