I just bought new 3D Printer XYZ Printing daVinci10AiO.
The first time, when I turned-on my new 3D Printer. Then It has error show ISSUE 0031.
I turned-off and turned-on again,it still show the same code.
After that I opened ticket to support.xyzprinting.com
And Then the Customer Care Team had provide have provided Link of video youtu.be/qW_ctc9dk4Y to us.

It works well, after I pulled the black housing harder until it reached the white pulley by follow this video.

I hope this topic will help who had XYZ Printing daVinci10AiO and  got error show ISSUE 0031.
