Maybe try reducing the layer height to something around 0.4mm - 0.2mm and you shouldn't get as rough.

Probably need a fan and try more infill. In my experience it's really best to print stuff like this solid. What's your nozzle size? Dependent on that its also possible parts of the model simply ask for too much from the slicer.

Look like drooping overhangs, maybe try adding a cooling fan?
