I will say that the colors contained are very vibrant. If it works, it will make some beautiful colored filament. Maybe this weekend I will give it a go and let you guys know how it turns out.

Edit: It's not letting me post links? However, if you search on amazon for "Festival Colors (Rangoli) Holi High Quality Colors (Pack of 10)" you'll find a 10 color pack of powdered pigment containing 50 grams each.
