TL;DR-
Whosawhatsis (prominent developer and member of the 3D Printing community) commented on G+ about the difficulty of buying parts for resin printers since he wants to experiment with making his own.  Brook Drumm (founder of Printrbot) responded publicly that he is developing a fully assembled resin Printrbot and gave a few details about its components, including what he figures will be his BOM cost and selling price.  He offered to send Rich (Whosawhatsis) his files to see if he had any input on the design.

It's nice to see the head of a printer company who is a maker continue to act like a maker rather than merely talking like one.  It's the kind of thing you can do when you aren't taking VC investment or building a company designed for buyout.
