			<title><![CDATA[Printable Ball Bearing problems]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Alright, so I designed a ball bearing that I thought would be capable of being printed with a Solidoodle using no support material.&nbsp; I have attempted to print it multiple times and I can&#039;t get it to work.&nbsp; The problem is getting the balls to stick to the print bed. What happens is they end up coming lose about half way through the print and getting stuck to the extruder. You can adjust the z offset to try to get the balls to stick to the bed better but the trade off is that then the races (inside and outside of bearing) and balls start sticking together making the final part useless.&nbsp; I have been keeping the bed temp around 95 to a 100.&nbsp; </p><p>Anyone have suggestions to get this thing to print?&nbsp; Making it larger would probably help but if anything I would like to print it smaller.</p>]]></description>
