I jumped in and bought it a couple of days ago - for $399 shipped, its a pretty impressive deal. Just got delivered an hour ago and I've already printed the test successfully.

no doubt getting rid of inventory before the release of the 1.1
Well that would be my guess... and that the 1.1 actually DOES extrude PLA.

I just bought a 2.0 a few days ago and have been reading all the treads. Just ran across the newegg sell on the 1 for $399 until the 24th. If i wouldn't have already got the 2 i would have got the one.
