+1.5 I have license plates on ATV's that sit in the sun continually and they hold up better than the plastics on the machine as far as UV fade goes.

I Also Agree with jagowilson use 100% infill they will look better and hold up longer.

If you can manage it id print with much higher infill. 25% is pretty weak. I'm preferring 100% more and more these days because the print times really don't go up as much as you might think. Sometimes it's actually faster. A 50% rectilinear piece and a 100% rectilinear piece can differ by as little as 15 minutes.

Especially with 4 layers there is no reason to print those at any less than 100%.

A friend of mine wants me to print some letters for his boat hull
out of ABS the letters will be 3" high, 4 layers thick, 25% fill.
I am going to Acetone vapor bathe them to seal them.
will they hold up to the salt water.
