			<description><![CDATA[<p>It is in the Slic3r Configuration, &quot;Printer Settings&quot; tab; under &quot;Extruder 1&quot; option...in the Retraction area...this will drop the Z axis by whatever you specify for any non-printing / retraction moves.&nbsp; It is called &quot;Lift&quot; as it origins are for milling machines where the spindle is the Z axis...</p><p>EDIT:&nbsp; Just saw your edit...I tried my SD2 at .5 for .3 Layer Thickness and it worked pretty well...try some different values and see what works for you.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>the <br />avoid crossing perimeters setting does NOT lift Z (extruder) as many here have posted. all it does is use a defferent path when moving to avoid last layer laid. no Z height changes ever. so it still hits some detail parts knocking them loose.</p><p>small parts tend to curl while cooling putting them up into path of extruder.</p>]]></description>
