oki so i found that i was extruding a little too much 3.3 mm to be precise but i believe i have an issue i ran the test a couple of times and at on time it was dead on and an other couple of times it extruded a bit too much, aswell i taught it would be best to adjust for the 3.3 mm and goggled how to do it but the button to go to the firmware is grayed out ... anyone has any idea how to fix this ?

I think you need to print a simple 20 mm cube that has one bottom layer and a single perimeter with no top layer. Then use a caliper to measure the wall thickness and adjust your extrusion multiplier until that wall thickness is 120% of your nozzle diameter. Of course none of that will help if you haven't dialed in your steps per mm in EEPROM. Basically if you call for 100 mm's of filament does your extruder actually move 100 mm's?

support is different than infill did you use infill?
You have some pretty heavy backlash so you may want to adjust your belts and remove any play from your printer.
Extrusion looks to be off also so until you do some calibrations don't expect great results.

So if I think I am seeing correctly it looks as though that cube has zero infill? Therefor you have nothing for the top layer to build upon. What you are really having a problem with is bridging. If you really need the cube to be hollow then you are going to have to get creative and print the top separately then use some Acetone to glue it on top of the cube. If you don't care if it is hollow than you can try using 20% infill.
