In feburary I'm expecting a tidy sum from my tax refund so I will definitely be buying one either way but I'd love to get the discount.

Volume doesn't matter, mass does.

1000 grams of bronzefill is 800 grams of bronze.

That's $400 of silver assuming you can get it at spot prices, and that's before you've paid to have it powdered.

The powdering isn't cheap either, here's 100 grams for $320:

Bronzefill is 80% bronze by weight.

I wouldn't call that "low".

Have you priced silver? A kilogram is well over $500, and that's before it is powdered.

I'm dying to get my hands on some silver filament but i feel like making it myself will be the only way I'm going to get it. what dod you think? powdered silver + abs pellets + filastruder = awesome silver (Ag) filament or dead filastruder ?
