I created a similar cube box a while back (my daughter collects pop tabs for her school to donate for something and I made it to store those) and had trouble with the corners curling all the way up, not as bad as the pics here, but it did cause the layers to seperate a little every 1/2" or so up. The wall thickness was 1/4". I printed the wheelie bin that is on Thingiverse which has very thin walls and had the same issue, but due to the thin wall it actually split open about every inch. You can see the pics below.

Not sure why the corners keep trying to curl up with this file. I've printed other cubes fine. Strange !
It might also be worth trying a different slicer.
I ran the STL through slic3r and it didn't find any errors.

Thank you so much Scobo.

Oh! it's the same problem. My setting was 0.2 mm density 90%(maximum in xyzware) shell thin and standard speed.
With your new setting is much better, almost perfect. Why is it so difficult to be perfect in the bottom? its a simple box... maybe its a problem with the .STL? Do you think it's possible get a perfect box on the bottom?

Thank you so much. It is very helpful to for understand and learn more about 3d printer

We'll that sure is a tricky STL to print !
My first couple of attempts came out similar to yours ...

But I eventually got this one ...

Not perfect but getting there.
The settings I used in xyzware are 0.3mm layer height, normal speed, thick shells and low density.
It was the thick shell setting that seemed to make the difference.
I have kapton tape on the bed but used a bit of the xyz glue to help stick the corners down.
Hope this helps.

Thank you very much Scobo.

Yes, the first layers is like slightly squashed and don't grab very well in the bed. The z offse is around 250, probably one reason. I will try raising the bed. Thank you very much.

Thank you Lmay thank for your advice, it's really, really helpful to me

I will show you soon news object printed.

Thanks again.

While we are on this subject, in his first picture there is what appears to be an echo or ripple if you will of the hole in the middle of to the right of the hole. When I print the 20mm cal cube from Thingiverse it has the letters of the axis made into it about 2mm deep. One of them always has this same echo/ripple. Does any one know what causes this and how to correct it. I thought maybe I was printing too fast.

Google searches suggest my jerk and acceleration are too high. But that would require me to switch to Repetier firmware as those settings cannot be accessed or changed in the current firmware.

Your photos are helpful as they show things that we wouldn't know otherwise. I'm not sure how many others have experienced this but in the first photo you see what looks like three different variations of compressing the filament. Some time ago when I started a new reel of filament, I had that type of result on a part that I had printed before and it looked great - now it looked more like your photo.
When I tried again and watched closer I believe the issues were a result of the actual tensioning that was coming from the top of the cartridge thru the tubes and being pulled forward "as needed" by the extruder head. In fact the pulling is being done by those small gears inside the extruder head that give everyone so much trouble in picking them up. When the spools are made and wound, the "master source" spool (what the manufacturer is using to make the individual spools from) has some level of natural tension and we'll never know or be able to recognize from no being able to see inside the spool cartridges that we use just how much tension is there. When there are rather fast "Y-Axis movements, the operation is rather jerky but it pulls the filament out to gain more and the longer X-Axis moves do as well, but the reverse movements do nothing in this regard so it's not pulling "as needed" as much as it would if the movement was tied in some way to the actual feed thru the extruder.
All that said, I watched the next part being made and hand pulled much of the filament "ahead of it's actual need" and the results were far better - meaning the side profile like you show in your photos was very consistent and smoother in appearance. I don't really want to stand there and watch or do this but as the larger spool of filament has been used more and more, the issues are showing up less presumably because the natural tension on the internal roll is becoming less.
You might try printing it once more and hand pulling the filament out from the beginning and see if this makes any difference for you. As much as I think it may be from the looks of the upper 2/3rds of your part, the excessive crushing closer to the table still has me puzzled - it's all about the homework - eventually we'll figure it out. Hope this helps for you. Thanks

Hey, no worries. I'm sure your English is way better than my attempt at whatever language you speak.
I've had a few prints start like that. It's usually because the first layer hasn't stuck properly.
Does your 1st layer print slightly squashed or is it just like the other layers ?
Also, what Z offset did you get when you calibrated ? I find anything over 250 tends to result in poor prints.
If the 1st layer isn't squashed or more flat looking than the next layer, try raising the bed slightly by turning all 3 bed adjusters a quarter turn to the left.
The xyz glue stick should be fine. I switched to kapton tape only because I got fed up cleaning the bed. It works well too.

Thank you for respond me Scobo

The bed is calibration and the temperature on the bed is around 90 c
The first layers look like the filament was melted too much.

I did not put stick glue because does not work very well. When the bed start to be hot the glue is dry and not sticky. I use the stick glue from XYZ printer.

What is the problem? Any ideas? Can I change the temperature of the bed? Any recommendation for glue?

Thank you very much

PS I am so sorry for my English it's pretty bad hehehe
