			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;ve built a few CNC DIY projects in the past.&nbsp; For parts I&#039;ve harvested quite a few scanners.&nbsp; One thing stood out&nbsp; as a commonality with the belt drives.&nbsp; They all had spring tensioners.&nbsp; A few had springs in the mount for the idle pulley.&nbsp; Most of them used a torsion spring similar to a clothes pin.</p><p>This isn&#039;t a new concept to Reprap.&nbsp; </p><p><a href="http://forums.reprap.org/read.php?1,38681,38917">http://forums.reprap.org/read.php?1,38681,38917</a></p><p>I found an interesting instructable showing how to make your own.</p><p><a href="http://www.instructables.com/id/Make-your-own-springs-in-seconds/">http://www.instructables.com/id/Make-yo … n-seconds/</a></p><p>I had some 3/32 tig wire, so I figured I&#039;d give it a shot.</p><p>What do you think?</p>]]></description>
