Loosen that screw and the cartridge should slide out. You can get a new one without the connector on the wire ends for 5 bucks on eBay. The connector is custom and you would need to substitute it. I used ordinary bullet connectors on my other printer and see no reason why they would not work here. In fact they would be more reliable as based on other threads that connector can come loose.</p>]]></description>
