I haven't mess with the trim settings, so you will have to ask somebody else that. I do know the bed and extruder are not controlled through the driver boards, but through mosfets at the bottom of the board. I would pull out the two driver boards that are not adjusting and see if some of your motors work. If so, move those same driver boards to the other two spots and see if the other motors work. If so, then you should only need two new driver boards.

Thanks for the reply, I didn't even consider the driver boards being fried. Right now I'm probing with a multimeter and can get a voltage that can still be adjusted with the trim pots on two of the four drivers. The other two are only reading a few mVs. Do you think this means that two are still working? I'll probably just wait until the new board arrives before I order new stepper drivers. I can still heat the bed and extruder however. Is it possible that only part of the board is damaged and is causing the inability to move any of the axes even the ones with working stepper drivers?

Yes you should be able too. But take note, this board you have linked does not come with the driver boards. If you blew your board when doing the trim pot adjustment, you probably took out that driver board as well.
Reference photo here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Sanguinololu-V1 … 1182156321
So you may need to get 1 or more new drivers as well. Of course you can always go to a different type of board as well.

Hey all,

I am an idiot and fried my mother board while tuning the trim pots. Anyway I needed to get my printer back in action quickly so decided not to upgrade to a different board and just ordered this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009OZ2O38/. Every connection looks the same except the 4-pin power connector this board has. I have one of the first solidoodle 2's and my old board has two screw terminals for the power. Once this new board arrives can I just run the two wires into two of the female pin connectors?

Thanks!
