When printer arrived, ckd every clip, screw, etc first.
Overall, I get very decent prints right of the box. Never had any lifting or curling.
Except for the oval hole.

What dont like is that spring loaded X belt tensioner on the L side.
The service calls for loosing the tensioner lock screw and let it freely adjust.
I get a loud buzz sound from the X belt moving rapid X+ X-
Frequent emails to XYZPrinting about this, only resulted in replies "are the belts tight ?".
Instead I grabbed the tensioner block, pulled and tighten. Still not good.
I think its at end range. Also, if I push the belt down, the white roller (L) will move slightly.

Ill be eliminating the whole ordeal and replace w/ mechanical adjuster.

While fiddling w/ that, noticed where the X rods go inside the L black carrier wiggled some in the holes.
There are 2 screws on the ends that hold the rods to the carrier. Cheap little screws.
The rods can wiggle in their respected holes even when tight.
Tiny square shims were cut out of acetate, wrapped around the rods and shoved into the holding hole to tighten the wiggle.
Using the extruder housing to push them in.

I didnt see any difference.

I was getting offsets in my prints but I figured out its the loose glass and base that cause it. Check out detail in my video.

Both the round and hole are offset in half by 0.5mm.

I didnt watch the print, but looking at the piece it seems it was printed in 2 semi circles that dont match.

Anyone knows what causes this and how to correct? X-Y off a step ?
