Like will changing the z layer height (z resolution) require a different stepper speed?<br />I&#039;ve already spend a lot of time and filament for this test, if someone knows the answer already and can tell me that would be very nice.</p></blockquote></div><p>Step&#039;s has little to do with speed.&nbsp; You are adjusting how many steps the motor makes to pull a mm of filament.&nbsp; You want to adjust this using the temp you&#039;d normally print at.<br />A guess as to the difference caused by temps is the colder temp was too cold and filament wasn&#039;t moving through the extruder gear properly.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>some slic3r settings readjust associated settings to compensate usually. I noticed. e.g. layer thickness tweaks speeds etc.</p><p>my box test was near perfect yet sometimes its hard to get full solid perimeters in other thickness like when going from .01mm to .03mm etc I see gaps in between wall layers or holes on surface seems due to flow/speed rates. but if change color of filament it may over fill layers. go figure</p>]]></description>
