Is the host computer also in the laundry room? If so, you can just use any video chat webcam and remote desktop (free Google app). Remote desktop will have the additional bonus of giving you control from anywhere on the planet with internet. For example, I will sometimes start a print in the morning before leaving for work (printer is fully enclosed in metal, in a separate unpopulated building, and I not longer use acetone. So fire risk is reduced) and once I see it is complete (or I see that I need to abort the print), I can turn off the heaters and even shut down the computer from my smartphone. One of these days I will build an electric actuator to push the completed project off the plate so I can start another job remotely, too.
P.S. If you plan to put the camera inside the printer or near enough that you can inspect the quality of the print, you will likely have to disassemble whatever camera you purchase and manually adjust the focus to focus in close. This is what I did so I can adjust the feed and flow if necessary as the print progresses. If you go pan-tilt, maybe spend the extra $$ on one with remote focus capability

I didn't take a close look at the camera, but my concern would be wireless range and frequency. A lot of those devices work on the same frequencies as wifi and have potential to screw up your reception (if you have wifi). I'd look into one of the many wifi enabled cameras available. You can view them via a web browser, plus use your smartphone to monitor your prints if you aren't at your computer. Amazon has a few available in that same price range.
