Hi all, First post and won't receive my Da Vinci until Friday, but would like to know if anybody has tried plugging an external SD card reader into the USB port (not the SD slot on the inside rear)? It might require a USB "A" to "B" adapter, but I've got those in my junk box.

I really don't want to cut open the case if this might work.

Background, I've been a electronic hardware hacker since the days of tubes in TVs and Radios, back when Radio Shack actually carried real electronic components and kits, not just cell phones. I built my first RepRap a few months back and just passed that on to my son and decided to replace it with the Da Vinci.

My biggest concern over buying the XYZ was the dedicated filament cartridges so I'm glad to see there's a hack for that! And pulled the trigger.

Best to all,
Larry
